You’ll leave each consultation with a clear, actionable game plan, feeling equipped, confident, and ready to move forward in supporting your child’s growth and development. Together, we’ll navigate this journey with guidance, encouragement, and a focus on your family’s goals.

Foundational Skills for Child Development for Early Years (0-6)
Our Early Years services provide individualized, in-home or centre-based support to help your child build confidence and reach important developmental milestones. With hands-on guidance from a trained professional, we work directly with both you and your child—modeling strategies, shaping new skills, and supporting you in using approaches that fit comfortably into your daily routines.
All goals are fully personalized to your family’s needs. Whether you’re looking for help with one specific area—such as sleep routines, potty training, or language development—or you’d like a more comprehensive plan targeting several developmental areas at once, we’ll create a support plan that fits your child and your family best.
We focus on the foundational skills that matter most in the early years, including sleep, potty training, schedules and routines, emotional regulation, tantrums and behaviour, language and communication, play skills, social development, and school-readiness. Our goal is to make learning feel natural, playful, and meaningful for your little one while ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Together, we’ll turn each new stage of growth into a positive and empowering experience for your child and family.

Autism, Neurodiversity and Developmental Support Services
Our ABA services are rooted in the scientific principles of behaviour analysis and delivered through a trauma-informed, compassionate, and client-led approach. We believe every child deserves a safe, supportive space to show up as themselves, while being gently guided to grow, learn, and build new skills at their own pace.
Services are provided directly by a M.A., Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A.), ensuring high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care. We work closely with families and educators to provide practical strategies for behaviour support, routine development, communication growth, and fostering independence. We also help parents navigate new diagnoses, understand neurodiversity, and access community resources so they feel supported every step of the way.
Together, we collaborate to empower your child’s development, strengthen your confidence as a caregiver, and create meaningful progress that aligns with your family’s values and goals.

Our Approach
At LCDS, we are committed to the compassionate evolution of treatment for people of all abilities. We follow an assent-based care approach which emphasizes the importance of the child's agreement and willingness to participate in therapeutic activities. We believe that fostering a collaborative environment enhances the effectiveness of treatment and the child's growth. Together with the families we serve, we create meaningful experiences that respect and honour each child's unique journey. Through the use of parent training, play-based learning, and natural environment teaching, we find ways to connect with our client's and celebrate who they are as individuals.
